Please allow for time to park and check-in, 10 minutes early is suggested. Aprons are provided. Closed-toe shoes are also suggested and we ask that long hair is tied back for cooking and handling food/prep. All cooking class students receive a 10 % discount on any products highlighted in the cooking class or in the store. Feel free to browse the shop during the cooking class when there are transitions or free time.
Cancellation Policy:
· Cancellations made 7 days or more before the class date will receive a full refund.
· Cancelling within 6 days will not be refunded but your cooking spot is transferable to someone else if you want to gift your spot to a friend or family member, please let us know who is coming in your place via email gourmetappliance@gmail.com
. Gourmet reserves the right to cancel at anytime due to unforeseen events or issues. In this case a full refund will be given. We never want this to happen but in light of recent events this may be necessary.
. Classes need a minimum of 6 people to confirm. In the case this does not happen, we will do our best to alert you a minimum of 48 hours in advance. We will at that time issue a full refund.
· No refunds, credits, rebooking's or date exchanges can be given for cancellations or changes made on the day of the class or for no-shows.
Sometimes we may need to substitute ingredients, menu items, recipes or instructors. Our class size is limited and structured to allow each student the opportunity to work closely with the chef. Each class is designed so that you will be able to enjoy what we have created in class, this is sometimes a full sit-down dinner or it can be baked goods or appetizers, depending on the class. Please let us know in advance if there are any allergies that we need to be aware of. Please note that we cannot always provide for allergy substitutions.
